Long wait on Sunday. I only go here occasionally for breakfast. Its IHOP so dont expect nothing more or nothing less.

We've been here twice, and although the food is okay, the last time we went, my boyfriend was with who is deathly allergic to seafood, when he brought it to the waitresses attention she remarked that they didn't serve seafood, even though the menu had shrimp and tilapia. He went to one of the managers, who took very good care of us, and made sure his food was cooked separate. So other than that waitress obviously not knowing the menu and almost killing my boyfriend, it was a pretty okay place.

Not sure if this was an off night or what. But this had to be the worse ever IHOP we ever ate at... Took the waitress close to 20 minutes to take our order (2) of us. Of course she messed up our order, heck she even told me pancakes don't come with split decision... The table next to us, they got up, walked in the back, and got their own napkins and water. Add to the fact that this group of younger kids were blaring Tejano music, while other music was playing over the speakers.. Overcooked, hard pancakes... For a minute, I thought this was that show, What Would You Do?, and John Quenonos was gonna come out, with a camera crew...

How long does it take to make a pancake? Really! The service here was slow on a fairly easy Saturday afternoon! The food was consistent with other chains we've been too, I was just tired of waiting for 30 minutes for my food! The waiter blamed it on the kitchen, but who knows where the lapse came from!

I like this place every now and then. Great prices and decent food. I also think that they have a relatively creative menu for a cheaper restaurant. The servers were friendly today as well. I dont go often but I dont remember ever being disappointed after leaving.

Super clean and newly built IHOP. Our waitress was awesome and the food was great. Not a long wait and easy checkout. Great late night place!

so after an uneventful excursion to Waffle House (on Cedarcrest) where we we're ignored for 20 minutes, my roommate/best friend and I venture to IHOP in need of a breakfast smorgasbord in a hurry. upon arrival, we're greeted by cheerful employees at the hostess stand. we used the sparkling clean restrooms, and proceeded to be sat. promptly by a wonderful hostess. the table we say at was cleanly set and ready for a great meal to be had. our server, the best part of our stay at the IHOP on Siegen, Chris, was friendly, accommodating, and gave us some stellar recommendations. he gave us extensive answers about any option on the menu we had questions about, including the holiday specials, up selling each one as he spoke. we gave our order, reiterating that we were in a hurry. he took our drink and food order at the same time. he brought water with our other beverage considerately. not two minutes later, a lovely meal was placed in front of us, hot and ready to devour. all in all, this server and experience was akin to a five star fine dining experience. 10/10 would recommend. ASK FOR CHRIS P.S. Kayura and Jasmine and Kira were excellent greeters and wonderful conversationalists as well

The strong odor smell of this place is what really bothers me. I'm from out of town, and I have been to many restraints including many IHOPs, this place made top "smelly" place list. Not sure if that's from the air filter, carpet or bathrooms.... When you walk in the restaurant, the overwhelming smell almost made me throw up, as I was guided towards the seating area, the smell deceased, but still noticeable. Food and service is average.

If you think it's ghetto here, then check out the IHOP on College Drive. You'll soon realize this is the easier of the two, where crowds aren't an issue and the wait to be seated is nearly nill. Let me also preface that the only time I've visited here was after 2AM. In my opinion, it's the best time to visit. The place was clean and there was plenty of room for group seating. Surprisingly the bathrooms were well maintained and service was pretty decent. I learned a couple of lessons during my late night feast - ordering a bunch of food is a cinch when intoxicated and orange juice never tasted better. Our meals were of excellent portions. My combination chicken fried steak with over easy eggs and hashbrowns is a meal fit for a nightlife champ. My chicken fried steak was voted the winner at the table even though I would personally would declare hashbrowns as the victor. Eventually our meals turned into a family style meal as everyone took a sample of everything from a breakfast burger, french toast, bacon, and lots of hashbrowns. All in all, the food was scrumptious, filling, and excellent for fatties in training. The bill wasn't too punishing for those involved. Though the prices aren't as cheap as Waffle House, IHOP in this city is still considered inexpensive. Stick with a combination meal, as its mainly the best bang for your buck. Now if only they can fix their sign. Right now at it stands, the illumination shows just "House of Pancakes" (HOP) at night.

My family recently visited this IHOP for breakfast. We were seated rather quickly for a weekend morning. Our server, Tracy, was very nice and attentive. Even though the restaurant seemed busy, Tracy never let on that she was rushed or made us feel like we were inconveniencing her in any way. I had the hashbrown special, which was delicious. Yummy food and great service! A+

This is an ok restaurant. It's clean in the areas they don't let you sit. haha! In the area you are seated, they've always made me wait while they clean off a booth for me to sit in. Waitresses aren't reaaally attentive in this restaurant but i'm guessing that's because it's usually really busy. I always get the Rooty Tooty Fresh n Fruity entree. The eggs are usually unseasoned but cooked how I order them. The bacon is usually undercooked and veeeeery greasy but seems it's been sitting under a heat lamp in the kitchen. The pancakes are kinna dry and they brought them to me room temperature instead of warm. Thank goodness they have a good syrup selection to choose from. For the price you pay for one glass of milk however, I think you should get more. They served a medium glass of milk for a large price....and with no refills. Their coffee SUCKS. Really bad coffee...bitter, leaves bad aftertaste in your mouth. Not rich. To be honest, I was afraid to eat the sausage seeing the condition of the bacon but I ate it anyways because I was starving. It was edible but not tasty and great. Service was nice. They didn't seem to care I was eating in their restaurant though. Every customer should be treated like a queen and king. They are paying to eat there.....which pays the staff's paychecks! I'd only go back here if it was the only thing open in the wee hours. Oh how I miss Denny's......*sigh* This is definitely the better of the IHOP's (better than College Dr. location).
